After the Sale: Repeat Transactions

Repeat Transactions under $700

These might include:

  • Annual filter changes
  • Regular service/maintenance
  • Lower value sales, such as an upgraded RO faucet

You can improve your service by suggesting that your customer(s) add service fees to their existing ISPC account. It’s fast, easy and there’s no downside. In most cases, this add-on won’t affect their current monthly payment.

You may add up to $700 to their account WITHOUT an authorization from our Credit Department and at no charge to you. Simply perform the work, fill out the charge slip and email your copy to our funding department.

  1. Download and print this Digital Charge Slip
  2. Fill out both copies, one for the customer and one for office use.
  3. Scan and email company copy to  Fund@theispc.com

Include merchant # and the term ‘repeat transaction’ in the subject line.

Repeat Transactions over $700

RTs over $700 require authorization from ISPC’s Credit Department. 

To receive authorization, call our credit department at 1-800-345-4772 ext. 1830 and speak to one of our credit analysts. Your customer’s account history will be quickly reviewed while you are on the phone and an authorization for the new charge can be provided.

(Original plan code fee will be applied to RTs over $700 and deducted from payout)
