After the Sale: Repeat Transactions

Use these quick paths to add service fees or small upgrades to an existing ISPC account.

No pre‑authorization required

Repeat Transactions under $700

Typical examples:

  • Annual filter changes
  • Regular service / maintenance
  • Lower‑value sales (e.g., upgraded RO faucet)

You can improve your service by suggesting that your customer(s) add service fees to their existing ISPC account. It’s fast and easy—and in most cases won’t affect their current monthly payment.

You may add up to $700 without authorization from our Credit Department and at no charge to you. Simply perform the work, complete the charge slip, and send your copy to our Funding Department.

  1. Download and print the Digital Charge Slip
  2. Fill out both copies — one for the customer and one for office use
  3. Scan and email the company copy to Fund@theispc.com
Include your merchant # and the term “repeat transaction” in the subject line.
Pre‑authorization required

Repeat Transactions over $700

RTs over $700 require authorization from ISPC’s Credit Department.

To receive authorization, call our Credit Department at 1‑800‑345‑4772 ext. 1830 and speak with one of our credit analysts. Your customer’s account history will be reviewed while you are on the phone and an authorization can be provided.

Original plan code fee will be applied to RTs over $700 and deducted from payout.
